Vision of Women’s Care Team
“A safe, secure and encouraging point of connection for all women.”

The team consists of a cross section of women from the church who are at differing stages in life’s journey. They are there to provide support to other women who have a need to talk, for prayer, practical help, listening ear, sounding board, nurture, or encouragement.

The team are not…

• There in a counsellors role
• There as a marriage counsellor
• There to give answers
• There to enable them to continue in unhealthy behaviours
• Alone, they have the support of the other women on the team as well as the backing of the leadership team.
• To disclose any information about contact, content or details of their time spent with a woman who has contacted them.
